David DiLoreto MD, our medical director, has been practicing medicine in Rowan County for over 16 years. Dr. DiLoreto received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Mennonite University, his Medical Degree from the University of Maryland, and Residency training at the Southern Illinois University. He is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. In addition to providing medical supervision at the Renew Skincare Laser Center, Dr. DiLoreto personally provides Laser treatments at the center and provides Botox and Restylane injections to our clients. 

Treshell Greene PA-C has been providing medical care to the residents of Rowan County for 9 years. She is a graduate of Peace College, Greensboro College, and the Bowman Gray School of Medicine, PA Program.  She is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and has been with the Renew Skincare Laser Center from the clinic's opening performing a full range of Laser therapies.

Gayle Praechtl has gained a wealth of knowledge in the 30 years she has been applying her craft in the aesthetic skin health and massage therapy industry. Originally from Ontario Canada, Gayle studied at the Edith Serei institute, an esteemed French school of aesthetics in Toronto, Ontario Canada. A desire to specialize in holistic methods of skin and body health saw her formal education continued in healing arts at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado. Her career evolved through numerous opportunities in multiple disciplines within the industry such as; working with select product manufacturers on the formulation of skin care and make up products, staff training, consulting, developing specialized skin health and body care programs for her clients, Chiropractors, day spas, and plastic surgery medical spas. These combined experiences have given Gayle a uniquely comprehensive background. Gayle has a passion for teaching, conducts numerous educational classes and consults for businesses in the medical spa industry. Gayle is a licensed aesthetic teacher, medical aesthetician as well as being a licensed massage and body therapist. She provides mandatory continuing education hours to aestheticians approved by the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetology for maintaining aesthetic licensing.
